Dr. Aaron Alvarado
Dr. Aaron Alvarado graduated from Parker University in Dallas, Texas, earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2023. Born in El Paso, Texas, and raised in Mexico, his journey into chiropractic care began after a childhood soccer injury changed the course of his life.
Following a serious fall, Dr. Alvarado suffered a severe back injury that left him in pain for months. Fearing he might never return to sports, he sought chiropractic care after a coach recommended it. Through a three-month corrective care plan, he gradually recovered and was able to return to the activities he loved.
Reflecting on that experience, Dr. Alvarado shares, “I thought I was going to stop playing sports, which is a big part of my life. One of my coaches told me about chiropractic care and how it could help my case. After a three-month corrective care plan, I slowly started going back to my regular activities and playing sports. This transformed my life, and shortly after that, I decided I wanted to help more people in similar situations.”
Inspired by his own recovery, Dr. Alvarado pursued a career focused on helping others improve their health and quality of life. Although he initially considered physical therapy because of his athletic background, his path changed while living in Dallas, where he worked alongside Dr. Bryan Weddle. Under Dr. Weddle’s mentorship, he learned the importance of patient-centered care and helping individuals achieve healthier lifestyles, ultimately leading him to chiropractic school.
After graduation, Dr. Alvarado sought new opportunities to expand his knowledge and serve a broader patient community. This journey brought him to New York, where he joined the practice of Dr. Tabick, who became both a mentor and teacher. There, Dr. Alvarado was introduced to the Brainstem Specific technique, an experience he describes as life-changing both professionally and personally.
Today, Dr. Alvarado combines Brainstem Specific care with exercise therapy and soft tissue techniques to create individualized treatment plans designed to support spinal health, nervous system function, and overall well-being.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Alvarado is passionate about serving a diverse patient population with compassion and understanding. He has been married for three years and shares his home with his wife and their two beloved pugs. His mission is simple: to help as many people as possible experience better health and live fuller, more active lives.
