Meet Dr. George Gertner
Dr. George Gertner is a devoted family man, healer, philanthropist, author of The Gift of Hope, public speaker, and founder of one of the world’s busiest Upper Cervical Chiropractic clinics. Established in 2002, Upper Cervical Chiropractic of New York, PC has become a benchmark of excellence in the profession. Located in White Plains, less than 30 miles from New York City, the clinic attracts patients from around the globe, including professional athletes and celebrities, who seek advanced care and lasting results.
Dr. Gertner earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York, before attending Life University in Atlanta, Georgia. During his chiropractic studies, he suffered a severe lower back injury that left him in chronic pain for more than a year despite receiving every traditional chiropractic treatment available. On the verge of giving up his chosen profession, he finally met a chiropractor who specialized in a highly precise spinal correction technique developed by the National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association (NUCCA). After his very first adjustment, Dr. Gertner experienced profound relief and witnessed his body begin to heal naturally as the pain that had controlled his life quickly disappeared.
Inspired by his own recovery, Dr. Gertner spent the next two years training under one of the world’s leading Upper Cervical doctors in the same clinic that restored his health. He later returned home to New York to open his own practice and became one of fewer than 300 NUCCA certified chiropractors worldwide.
Dr. Gertner has been featured multiple times in Chiropractic Monthly Magazine for his expertise in treating Trigeminal Neuralgia and Myofascial Pain Syndrome. He has also lectured locally and nationally on the benefits of Upper Cervical care and its impact on chronic health conditions.
Having personally experienced the life changing effects of Upper Cervical Chiropractic, Dr. Gertner has made it his mission to help others who are struggling with chronic pain and have lost hope. His purpose is to help people regain their health and reclaim their lives.
