Dr. Rachae Bell
About
Dr. Rachae Bell was born and raised in Davenport, Washington, and originally set her sights on becoming an orthopedic surgeon. That path shifted when a friend suggested chiropractic care might be a better fit—a suggestion that resonated deeply. She soon realized that chiropractic’s holistic approach aligned perfectly with her belief in the body’s innate ability to heal itself.
A graduate of Life Chiropractic College West, where she was honored as Student of the Year in 2011, Dr. Bell went on to specialize in Upper Cervical Chiropractic care. She holds the prestigious Diplomate of Craniocervical Junction Procedures (DCCJP) through the International Chiropractic Association (ICA)—a distinction achieved by only a select number of chiropractors worldwide.

In 2013, Dr. Bell founded Clear Chiropractic Spokane with a vision of delivering exceptional, individualized care to her community. Under her leadership, the practice has expanded to two Spokane locations and a team of four doctors dedicated to the highest standards of chiropractic excellence.
Dr. Bell specializes in helping patients overcome chronic headaches, migraines, brain fog, base-of-the-skull pain, and fatigue—common challenges for busy professionals balancing demanding careers and family life.
To ensure unparalleled accuracy and safety in diagnosis, Clear Chiropractic utilizes Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT)—a cutting-edge 3D imaging system that provides highly detailed views of the upper cervical spine with far less radiation than traditional x-rays. As the only chiropractic clinic in Spokane offering this technology, Clear Chiropractic delivers care that is exceptionally precise, gentle, and safe.
Before entering chiropractic, Dr. Bell was a two-time All-American volleyball player at the University of Redlands, where she was later inducted into the University’s Hall of Fame for both her athletic and academic achievements. Outside the office, she enjoys snow and water skiing, hunting, fishing, and proudly completed her first Half Ironman in 2017.
